Getting Started with Arrakis

Login and personalise your experience in two steps

Login: Enter your ScotRail email address and password on the login screen

Personalise: Select your favourite widgets to appear in the Favourites tab at the top of the screen

Available widgets: Staff LDB (Live Departure Boards), CSL2 Boards, Rainbow Boards, Your Services, Journey Planner. Selections are saved automatically for future sessions.

Using Staff Live Departure Boards

Real-time service information at your fingertips

Input a location or headcode to search for services

Filter results by TOC or calling pattern on the results page

Tap any service to view the full calling pattern and live messages

Use the Notify Me bell to receive push notifications for a selected service

The Staff LDB also surfaces up-to-date delay notifications, alterations, and company announcements, keeping you informed without leaving the app.
